Kenneth's brand is defined in one word: Leadership. He wakes up every morning energized, excited to meet someone new, and lift someone higher. He prides himself on his ability to lead with compassion, develop leaders to one day take his place, and create a culture of belonging. Kenneth is committed to providing world-class customer service and fostering an environment that does the same. He is also committed to developing his community through service initiatives that promote unity and belonging. Last but not least, his favorite titles to be called are "Dad" and "Husband".

Kenneth graduated from Fayetteville State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government and is currently pursuing his MBA. In addition, he is a career military man proudly serving in the United States Army.
