Dr. Pam Misher is a retired school administrator who is currently an administrative and curriculum coach for Next Generation Academy, a charter school in Greensboro, North Carolina. She co-owns SPM Educational Consultants with her husband, which provides coaching and instructional feedback to teachers and administrators with the purpose of discovering opportunities for personal and school growth.

Dr. Misher’s educational background includes degrees from East Carolina University, the University of North Carolina at Greensboro, and Gardner-Webb University, where she received her Doctorate in Curriculum and Instruction. Additionally, she has over thirty years in education as a former teacher and administrator.

As she worked in several elementary schools as an administrator, Dr. Misher realized there is a need to provide as many books as possible and get them in the hands of children. She wholeheartedly believes that encouraging children to read books in their areas of interest will strengthen their reading skills and encourage a lifelong love for reading.

Dr. Misher is married to a former administrator and has two daughters. She was born in Wilmington, NC but currently resides in Greensboro, NC with her husband.
