Dr. LaTraci D. Aldridge is a native Memphian with a passion for working with children of all backgrounds. She started her collegiate career at Tennessee State University in 2001. She transferred to University of Memphis in 2004 and graduated with her Bachelors in Psychology in 2005. In 2010, she obtained her Masters degree in Counseling with a concentration in School counseling. She obtained her Phd in Counselor Education and Supervision in 2021 from The University of Memphis.

LaTraci has worked in various positions in social services and has been in the field of education since 2010. She currently serves as a High School Counselor.  Her research focus is school counseling and virtual school counseling. Additionally, she is also a National Certified Counselor and sees clients part-time.

LaTraci has been married to Robert Aldridge for 15 years and they have 2 boys, Brandon (17) and Tristan (14), and a dog, Charlee.
